This is a go to spot for me. The food is solid, it’s quick and convenient, but the customer service lacks big time. Both the guy and the girl working were so rude and dismissive and acted like they didn’t want to serve me. Granted, I arrived 15 mins before close so I kind of understood and tried to order as quick as I could. When I got to pay, the girl with her huge attitude said they weren’t accepting cash anymore because they had counted the register already and they closed in 10 minutes. I replied back that there was a nicer way to say that because she snapped so fast at me when all she had to say was Im sorry is there any way you can pay card we’ve closed the cash register down for the night. Also, what if I didn’t have card. She should have told me at the beginning. Bad customer service on the manager and the employee. Say you close earlier if you’re going to close earlier anyways.

NEW EDIT: I am going to dock one star bc my order was wrong and this ruined the rest of my day. I used to let it slide whenever I would order take out and it'd come out wrong but today it really upset me. Two of my orders came out mixed and incorrect. One of my bowl was supposed to have albacore and it didn't have it at all. It only had one protein (salmon). This bowl that was supposed to have albacore was also supposed to have crunchy onion but the crunchy onion got placed onto another bowl (bowl in picture). which is actually so annoying bc it ruined not one, but two bowls. I ordered curbside pickup bc it had that feature and I wanted to try it especially. I was looking forward to get poke tiki today but if I knew this was gonna happen, I would've just gone somewhere else. I love this place but I'm always going to order inside from now on if I ever come back. ================================== OLD REVIEW: I loooove this place so much. So underrated! They give you soo much portions - not stingy at all!!! I’ve eaten here so many times and they’ve never skimped on any toppings. The quality is so good and consistent. One of my go to poke spots. I will say do NOT go to the one in O

Great portions at great prices. Filled the bowl up to the top. Do not be fooled by the piles of toppings, they are generous with the protein too. Helpful staff and great fresh selections. Nice drinks and they have boba! Free water as well. Also would recommend volcano 3 for the spicy lovers as it is actually pretty spicy!

The food was delicious, fresh and big servings. Also the offer cucumber as a base. And most importantly the staff was excellent. They were polite and friendly, did not seemed at all bothered by the extra requests that I had, and gave excellent service to everyone. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I recommend it. The staff is welcoming and the poke is fresh, light and healthy. Also the portions were pretty large compared to other spots.
